I'm a 38 year old male. I used to have a really defined jawline and cheekbones until I was in my mid twenties. The jaw excersizer is the best one I've tried, it's durable and requires alot more stregnth to be able to use it when compared to other products, at first it might seem uncomfortable but after a few days it fits fine and really gets a great pump for facial muscles. I highly recommend because I've tried a few different jaw trainers and this is the best. The picture shows how I use it (fingers are for the top set of teeth, thumb is where the bottom set of teeth go)

Easy enough to put together and although there's a memory foam ring inside the ankle loop I'd still recommend at least socks to protect the ankle.
