About Hooks for Boxing Bags
AG provides black powder-coated hooks for boxing bags ceiling mount composed of an enormous 8" Long 18 Gauge Iron Plate, allowing you to suspend a punching bag weighing up to 100 kg from the ceiling beam. The weight of the punches splits ideally thanks to the four-time punching of the AG ceiling mount, allowing for a very safe workout. The AG ceiling hook now has heavy-duty shield bolts for attaching the bracket to the beam. When fixing substantial woodwork or beams, these can be replaced with strong-duty coach bolts or similar. With confidence, hang up your hefty bag.
